Friends of Rainbow Railroad Support LGBT Chechen Refugees

In response to a growing wave of violence and persecution of gay men in Chechnya, Dane County LGBTQ community members have scheduled a fundraiser for Rainbow Railroad, a Canadian human rights project. The Friends of Rainbow Railroad is a local group of people dedicated to raising funds to help Chechen refugees escape imprisonment, torture and death supported by the government of Chechnya. The event will be hosted by OutReach LGBT Community Center. Gifts are fully tax-deductible. All proceeds of the event will be granted to Rainbow Railroad.
